In order to identify the email limits in Zoho CRM, first we need to understand the type of emails.
1. Mass Email
This refers to selecting more than one contact or lead from the Leads or Contacts module and sending emails.
It is categorized as a mass email not by volume but by selecting multiple contacts. There is also an option called
Mass Mail under the Actions menu, which, if used, is considered a mass email.
2. Individual Email
This type of email is sent using the Compose Email option from the email section of Contacts or Leads.
You may include multiple recipients in To, CC, and BCC fields.
3. Email Notifications
These are automatically triggered emails set up through workflows or cadences. They are also called email notifications.
